名模林志玲的一举一动都是焦点话题，现在有一组林志玲在早期拍摄的泳装照，在网络曝光，照片中的她，穿着低V字型的白色比基尼，胸型相当浑圆，而且她的肢体动作相当狂野，非常引人遐思，也可能让很多人难以与她现在所走的玉女路线连接起来。
东森新闻报道，林志玲日前担任施华洛世奇水晶发表会的压轴嘉宾，曾被媒体问到有关言承旭在节目上，坦承两人的一段情，言承旭还曾写了一封寄不出的信时，林志玲语带哽咽的说，“我很想看，我会找时间问问他。”不过，在探险动作新片《刺陵》中，要与她传情的人，是创作天王周杰伦，两人还有依偎在沙漠中看夕阳的浪漫镜头。
虽然为了拍这部片，她的脸被砂石刮伤、肌肤被晒成如木炭一般，可说吃尽苦头，但她一点也不后悔，她表示，即使她的演出被笑，她也要继续演。由于 她在她的第一部作品《赤壁》中的演出，被影迷质疑是在当花瓶，因此，她很希望在第二部影片中，能有不一样的成绩。
林志玲说，她十分喜欢《生死朗读》的女主角凯特·温斯蕾，从30几岁演到60几岁的演技，还能全裸与16岁小男生演出床戏，因此，当看见凯特·温斯蕾获得今年奥斯卡影后时，她更坚定自己要走演员这条路。
不过，林志玲虽在《赤壁》和梁朝伟有一场“露肩”床戏，原本片商希望她在《刺陵》中，能与周杰伦也能有亲密演出，但她还没做好演激情戏的心理准备，因此在与导演朱延平沟通后，片中尺度最大的一幕，就是她躺在周董怀里看夕阳。
想透过影片，看她好身材的男影迷可能要失望了，但现在网络流传她在早期拍摄的泳装照，虽然照片中的她，有着年轻的青涩，但是反而给人年轻奔放的感觉，动作也很“开放”，其中一张就是她躺在岩石上，毫不拘束的伸开一双玉腿，让人产生不少幻想，而且当时她的胸部就很丰满圆润，打破有关她曾隆胸传闻。
